This role is to provide support to the wider property function, in the management of the businesses varied commercial portfolio. This includes,
- Undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews
- Handle enquiries from tenants regarding assignment, alterations, change of use, additional space, relocations etc
- Manage the lettings process with the aim on minimising voids
- Assist in matters relating to the management of service charges
- Provide support to the Asset Management team, regarding identifying and delivering asset enhancement
The role would suit someone recently or nearly MRICS qualified (APC support can be provided if needed.
Salary will be in the region of £40 – £45,000 with exceptional benefits package. Cheshire based.
