Commercial Property Manager sought by leading UK Property Owner / Occupier, based in Cheshire. This role is to provide support to the wider property function, in the management of the businesses varied commercial portfolio. This includes:
- Deal with the day to day, commercial property management tasks that could arise from a varied commercial property portfolio.
- Assist in matters relating to the management of service charges.
- Handle enquiries from tenants regarding assignment, alterations, change of use, additional space, relocations etc.
- Undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews.
- Manage the lettings process with the aim on minimising voids.
- Provide support to the Asset Management team, regarding identifying and delivering asset enhancement.
The role would suit someone recently or nearly MRICS qualified (albeit APC support can be provided if needed). Salary will be in the region of £40 - £50,000 with exceptional benefits package. Cheshire based.
