We are working with a client side employer, who are seeking a senior property professional to oversee a large-scale commercial estate, leading a team of property professionals and managing a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial units with significant revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:
·Maximise the commercial value of the property portfolio through strategic asset management and innovative business development.
·Lead and mentor a team of chartered surveyors, overseeing lease agreements, rent reviews, tenant audits, and property negotiations.
·Identify and develop new revenue streams, including retail expansion, mixed-use developments, and commercial acquisitions.
·Ensure regulatory compliance across all leasehold and freehold assets, working closely with legal teams and stakeholders.
·Oversee large-scale property development projects, ensuring designs enhance commercial value and customer experience.
·Build strong partnerships with investors, occupiers, and industry stakeholders to drive growth.
What We’re Looking For:
·MRICS qualified with at least 5 years post qualified experience in commercial property.
·Strong knowledge of retail, commercial, and mixed-use property sectors.
·Proven expertise in financial reporting, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
·Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering commercial growth.
·Ability to manage a large-scale, multi-site property portfolio and lead a dynamic team.
