Job Description
A leading international food brand with a significant number of high-street locations across the UK and Europe is looking for a commercially focused Property Project Manager to oversee the rollout of new store openings and property projects across their estate.

The Role
This role will report into the Property Director and is responsible for managing all aspects of property development and fit-out projects from inception to post-completion. You'll be expected to:
- Lead the programme and project management for new site openings and refurbishments to value £100,000
- Oversee cost estimating, feasibility studies, budgeting, and post-project audits
- Build strong relationships with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Champion safety and compliance with CDM and Building Regulations
- Drive continuous improvement through post-completion reviews and process updates
- Advise on franchise partner build-outs and refurbishment programmes
- Ensure key frameworks, processes, and documentation are kept current and accurate
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Project  Management, ideally in the retail or hospitality sectors (QSR Quick Service Restaurants ideally)
- A degree in surveying, construction management, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong project and cost management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of commercial lease terms, procurement, and contractor negotiation
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset with strong organisational skills
- A commitment to safety, quality, and brand standards across every project
