Project Manager/ Employer\’s Agent/ Quantity Surveyor – Remote Working

Work/life balance is important. The consultancy in the Midlands allows you to work from home regularly. You can also work at the office if you prefer, but you will have full autonomy. You are expected to work from the Midlands region to allow for client visits.
Key responsibilities:
- Project manage new-build developments and refurbishments, mainly industrial‑led with some retail.
- Lead contract administration on JCT Design & Build contracts, acting as Employer’s Agent.
- Handle client needs independently and manage projects autonomously.
- Increase scope as projects progress.
Ideal candidate:
- Background as a project manager, quantity surveyor or in a consultancy/developer role.
- Experience with new build projects, industrial or retail.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and respond to client needs.
