Job Description

A leading property developer is looking for a Project Manager to help rejuvenate its huge property portfolio across the UK.

Based from their Glasgow office, they're looking for a Project Manager (maybe from a Building Surveying background) to take the lead on all of the refits and refurbishments that are needed to get their portfolio. Lots of industrial units as well as retail, offices etc. You'd be their go-to person for all of the refurbs needed, taking the lead on instructing consultants and contractors as necessary, setting the schedule of works, ensuring the design specifications are appropriate and leading the consultants and contractors to finish on time and budget across multiple projects.

You need to have enough experience to operate autonomously, likely from a consultancy background yourself or another developer, plus you'd need to be in the Glasgow office 2 days a week, on site 2 days and from home 1 (on average)

In exchange you'd be given a market-leading salary and package, and the potential to grow with the business as well.
