We are seeking a Procurement professional to join our client’s in-house team. This role supports procurement and contract administration for a leading real estate developer in the residential sector.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of construction and consultancy contracts, along with practical knowledge of efficient procurement processes. You will be responsible for managing contracts, fostering strong vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The role involves overseeing supplier relationships, developing procurement strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring robust risk and compliance practices. You will also lead construction contract negotiations and maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the process.

What You Will Bring

You will be educated to degree level and either hold or be working towards your CIPS qualification. Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement processes independently is essential, as is proficiency with contract management software and procurement tools.

Experience in residential developments is preferred, along with a good understanding of relevant regulations and sustainability standards in the sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, are essential.
