If you’re a salesperson who enjoys winning deals and negotiating with business owners, this could be a great role for you. We’re looking for a driven, personable sales professional to join our growing property investment group in Preston. This role is focused on driving lettings and income across our commercial property portfolio, including:
- Open storage land
- Industrial units
- Retail premises
- Other commercial assets
This is not a traditional property manager role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys winning deals, building relationships and generating new business.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Letting our open storage portfolio - generating enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating deals
- Managing external commercial agents to ensure assets are actively marketed
- Helping drive deals from enquiry through to completion
- Building relationships with local businesses and occupiers
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in sales or business development (5+ years)
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision makers
- Commercially driven and proactive
- Strong at negotiation and relationship building
