Our client is on a mission to raise standards across the sector by delivering well-managed, high-quality homes for second and third-year students. They combine operational rigour with a strong customer focus and are committed to hiring people who take pride in doing things properly.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a regional portfolio of student homes, overseeing everything from lettings and move-ins to maintenance coordination, compliance, and tenant experience. - Oversee maintenance coordination, refurbishments, and presentation standards
- Handle escalated issues such as arrears, complaints, and council tax queries
- Support and liaise with internal teams, site staff, and regional leadership
- Onboard new properties into the portfolio and ensure compliance is maintained
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to your Regional Manager
- Contribute to the successful delivery of summer operations, including large-scale move-ins
- Suggest and support improvements to internal systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing student accommodation, BTR, HMO, or residential property portfolios
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple properties and tasks at once, particularly during peak seasons
- Detail-focused and confident using tech and property systems
- A proactive, calm, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
Why Apply?
This role offers more than day-to-day property management. It’s a chance to join a purpose-driven team in a business that’s growing fast and scaling with intention. The culture is professional but down-to-earth, with a focus on high standards, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll be supported to develop and given space to make a genuine impact, whether that’s through process improvements, operational leadership, or future progression into asset management.
