Leading property consultancy seeking to appoint a new Partner to lead their London Neighbourly Matters division. The Company A long established multi-discipline business with an enviable client base, offering a wide range of professional services that span building consultancy, town & country planning, agency, investment, asset and property management, development advisory and project management. Continuing to invest in its service offering, they are now seeking to appoint a new Partner to lead the growth of it’s Neighbourly Matters business (Party Wall / Right to Light) The Role We are seeking to appoint a Partner who is embedded within Party Wall / Right to Light environment and can lead the growth of the Neighbourly Matters team. As Partner you will lead the London team, working alongside regionally based colleagues and be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both new and existing clients. Highly business networked, you will be recognised in the industry as a technical expert and team leader. Commercially astute, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering on an agreed business plan that leverages existing client relationships and helps gain market share. The Person You will have considerable experience Party Wall and/or Right to Light advisory and use your communication and stakeholder management skills to build new client relationships in addition to delivering for established clients. Working alongside sector peers, you will enjoy the challenge of growing your own team with the full support and backing of the senior leadership team. The position will offer a market leading salary to c. £150,000 in addition to visible and achievable bonus scheme aligned to your success.
