With a diverse portfolio in the heart of Manchester's vibrant Northern Quarter, my client is looking for a passionate and reliable Property Administrator to join the team. Working alongside the Estate Coordinator to manage a variety of accounting and administrative tasks that keep their property portfolio running smoothly, this role would suit a super organised individual, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Estate Coordinator to ensure financial transactions (rent, service charge, insurance, and invoices) are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and service charge reconciliations in partnership with the Property Manager.
- Resolving tenant and supplier queries through effective communication (both verbal and written).
- Chasing rent and service charge payments when necessary.
- Assisting external accountants with any queries.
- Running weekend/month-end processes and reports for internal purposes.
- Supporting Health & Safety file administration.
- Assisting with basic administrative duties like scanning, filing, data entry, and document management.
