I'm recruiting an Operations Associate to join a growing London based property business, supporting the day to day management of a portfolio of mainly residential and commercial properties. This is a genuinely varied role with plenty of autonomy. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, working across property and facilities management, contractor coordination, tenant liaison, procurement and wider business operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinating day to day property and facilities management across a mixed-use property portfolio
- Managing maintenance, repairs, inspections and planned preventative maintenance programmes
- Responding to tenant queries and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Managing contractor and supplier relationships, procurement and service contracts
- Attending site inspections, monitoring works and following up on outstanding actions
- Maintaining accurate records, including maintenance schedules, invoices and payment tracking
- Researching suppliers and presenting recommendations to support business decisions
- Building and maintaining operational trackers, manuals and supplier databases
- Producing high-quality reports, presentations and operational documentation
- Providing occasional support to the international team, including potential international travel
What we're looking for:
- Experience in facilities or property management across residential and commercial assets. This role is weighted towards Central London high-end residential
- Confident managing contractors, quotations, budgets and maintenance programmes
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, self-sufficient and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Strong administrative, written and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
