A highly regarded and long-established property business is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join its collaborative in-house portfolio team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known regional organisation with a substantial and diverse mixed commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a varied portfolio, managing a broad range of landlord and tenant matters including renewals, rent reviews, lease events and occupier liaison.
