If you’re a Graduate or Assistant Building Surveyor around the Liverpool area with some great CAD skills, or if you’re a CAD Technician and want to get involved in a building consultancy then this opportunity could be one for you!
Working with a national team based from Liverpool, you’ll be helping with CAD designs across a variety of sectors, including offices, retail, industrial and more. Duties won’t be limited to CAD work – with a smaller company such as this there will be scope for more surveying duties too under the guide of one of the Directors, as well as full APC support if you need and want it.
Ideally you’ll have some experience already, but as long as you have good CAD skills then it’s not a dealbreaker. You do need to be able to work under pressure, and bring a positive attitude to work.
