The company has an extensive track record of delivering large-scale development projects across the North of England and offers a genuinely broad role spanning land promotion, planning, development management and project delivery.
With a strong pipeline and a collaborative culture, the business provides an opportunity to work on projects that have both commercial significance and long-term regional impact. Working closely with senior colleagues across the business, the successful candidate will help steer projects through complex planning and technical processes while ensuring commercial objectives remain firmly in focus. The role requires someone capable of managing multiple moving parts simultaneously, coordinating teams, overseeing development programmes and maintaining momentum across a varied portfolio of sites.
There will also be regular involvement in negotiations with local authorities, external advisors, landowners and development partners. The ideal personality will come from either a housebuilding, strategic land, development consultancy or client-side development background and will have a strong understanding of the residential development process, planning system and commercial drivers behind successful schemes.
MRICS or MRTPI qualifications are preferred, alongside proven experience managing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced development professional seeking a visible and influential role within a privately owned business that combines entrepreneurial thinking with long-term investment in people and projects.
