We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead FM operations across a diverse UK-wide estate. This national role is responsible for ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, efficient, and fit for purpose while supporting operational performance and business objectives.

Acting as the client-side lead for Facilities Management services, you will drive service excellence, compliance, supplier performance, and continuous improvement across the estate. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the FM strategy and operating model across the estate.
  • Managing national FM contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and value for money.
  • Monitoring performance, resolving service issues, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Leading statutory property compliance across the portfolio, ensuring risks are effectively managed and compliance obligations are met.
  • Managing specialist compliance contracts including fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene, and related services.
  • Managing FM budgets, supplier spend, and maintenance investment plans.
  • Supporting lifecycle maintenance planning and prioritisation of remedial works.
  • Balancing operational, compliance, and commercial priorities to deliver best value.

You will have:

  • Significant Facilities Management experience across a complex multi-site estate.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory property compliance and contractor management.
  • Experience managing outsourced FM contracts and supplier performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Budget management and commercial experience.
  • IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A full UK driving licence.
