Job Summary

A well-funded and rapidly expanding Padel operator are seeking an ambitious Acquisitions Manager to lead their expansion of world class sports facilities.

You will lead on site acquisitions, negotiations, planning, legals, development, etc.

This is a home-based role with a UK-wide remit. The ideal candidate will have :

  • Proven experience in property acquisitions, real estate development, particularly within the sports and leisure industry, or ‘drive-thru’ developments.
  • Strong negotiation skills, a track record of securing favourable terms and experience facilitating the exchange of legal contracts.
  • Strong business acumen to assess site viability for freehold and leasehold opportunities.
  • Extensive network within the real estate industry
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach

Salary and package will depend on experience – keen to pay well to secure the very best candidate.
