Minor Works and Facilities Manager – Client Side – Home Based Midlands
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage the maintenance, compliance and minor project work needed across this company\’s Midlands portfolio.
Working remotely, you will use your project‑management, building‑surveying and facilities‑management skills to visit sites as required, assess property conditions, maintain relationships with teams, and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance. You will also ensure estate compliance and manage any project work through JCT contracts – writing specifications, tendering to contractors and ensuring quality of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance, compliance and minor project work across the Midlands portfolio.
- Visit sites remotely, assess conditions and record findings.
- Build relationships with property teams to coordinate planned and reactive work.
- Ensure estate compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
