The Role: We are appointing a new Residential Development Manager to support the continued growth of its Residential Investment Platform (BRIP). The role involves cradle-to-grave management of residential development projects, typically ranging from 5–15 homes, delivered in partnership with proven SME housebuilders across the UK. Reporting directly to the Residential Development Director, the successful candidate will have responsibility for development appraisals and acquisitions, development monitoring, supporting project delivery, risk management, consultant coordination, and reporting to both investors and the Board.
The Person: You will be a commercially focused development professional, ideally MRICS qualified, with 3–5+ years’ experience in residential development management. You are likely to have worked in a similar role for a residential developer or development consultancy, with exposure to the equity and/or debt markets viewed positively. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident managing professional teams and senior stakeholders. Highly numerate, you will bring advanced Excel capability, strong report-writing skills, and sound commercial judgement.
