We are recruiting for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join a leading Build to Rent (BTR) operator, overseeing a portfolio of residential communities across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, delivering an exceptional resident experience, and leading high-performing on-site teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a regional BTR portfolio.
  • Lead, coach and develop General Managers, Resident Managers and Property Managers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, occupancy and operational excellence.
  • Manage budgets, reporting and financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the mobilisation of new developments and continuous operational improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and service partners.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational issues across the portfolio.

About You

  • Proven experience managing multiple sites within the Build to Rent (BTR), PBSA or residential property sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing multi-site teams.
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing operational budgets.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across your region.

Desirable: IRPM, ARLA or other relevant property qualifications.
