We’re working with a well-established, family-owned property investment and development company with a £400m+ commercial investment portfolio. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an Estates Manager to join their close-knit team.

This is a hands-on role offering excellent exposure, where you’ll be involved in both the day-to-day management of assets and wider strategic initiatives.

  • Manage service charges, budgets, and lease compliance
  • Undertake regular site inspections and ensure tenant obligations are met
  • Build strong tenant relationships and support asset performance
  • Oversee contractors, maintenance, and H&S compliance
  • Manage vacant units, minimising costs and risk
  • Support with asset management; lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Assist with rent collection and arrears management

Requirements:

  • Commercial property management experience
  • UK driving licence
  • Relevant property degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
