An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-funded commercial property company with a growing portfolio of Grade A commercial assets. This client-side role will work closely with facilities and operational teams to deliver a high standard of property management, ensure compliance across sites, and provide an excellent occupier experience through proactive communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and site activities
- Ensure Health & Safety and contractor compliance requirements are met
- Manage occupier relationships and respond to operational queries
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and repair programmes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and service providers
- Assist with budget management, reporting, and operational planning
- Monitor issues through to resolution and escalate where necessary
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of property legislation, building maintenance, and compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
