Are you an experienced Commercial Property Management Surveyor with a passion for excellence and a drive to exceed expectations? Are you looking for a fresh challenge and to work in a hybrid fashion, based around the wider Northwest Region? If so, I have the role for you.

Our client is looking for a skilled commercial property management surveyor to take the helm of part of their national portfolio. Day to day, the key tasks involve:

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Execute property inspections, maintaining the required state of repair.
  • Craft and manage service charge budgets, ensuring value for money.
  • Uphold lease obligations, mitigating potential costs and liabilities.
  • Engage with occupiers, enhancing assets and supporting social impact goals.
  • Drive energy efficiency improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Customer Service Excellence
  • Be the primary point of contact for occupier liaison.
  • Proactively manage relationships, aiming for year-on-year satisfaction improvement.
  • Implement efficient response times, demonstrating commitment to customer service.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Asset Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Support the creation and implementation of a 5-year PPM with our FM Managed Service Provider.
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Financial Expertise
  • Create and manage income and expenditure accounts for each property.
  • Oversee service charge and non-recoverable cost budgets, ensuring prompt recharging.
  • Manage rent collection, credit control, and insurance processes.
  • Governance/Compliance
  • Maintain awareness of H&S legislation, managing risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation and promptly report any transgressions.
  • Adhere to the company’s protocols and processes, representing the company professionally.

The role would suit a Chartered Commercial Property Management Surveyor (or similar qualifications).
