The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking to take ownership of major projects within a growing consultancy. orking alongside experienced directors and technical specialists, you'll manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
Key responsibilities include: Managing construction projects through the full project lifecycle.
Coordinating developers, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
Leading procurement, tendering and contract administration activities.
Managing design development and ensuring projects meet client requirements.
Preparing project programmes, reports, budgets and delivery plans.
Building strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
Monitoring quality, programme and commercial performance throughout delivery.
Supporting project governance, forecasting and resource planning.
About You Applications are welcomed from Project Managers or Senior Project Managers with experience delivering complex construction projects, ideally within commercial, industrial, logistics, manufacturing or technology sectors.
You are likely to have: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams.
Strong knowledge of project management and construction delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working on large-scale developments.
Exposure to property development, advanced manufacturing or data centre projects would be advantageous.
A proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders.
