Leading global real estate investment platform seeking an Investment Analyst to join its London-based European Real Estate team. Opportunity to work on value-add and opportunistic investments across the UK, Western Europe and the Nordics.

Exposure to acquisitions, restructurings and complex real estate transactions across multiple asset classes. Support underwriting, financial modelling and investment analysis for new opportunities. Assist with due diligence, transaction execution, legal processes and coordination with external advisors.

Prepare investment committee papers, presentations and investor-facing materials. Gain exposure to operational real estate and alternative sectors including data centres, student housing, self-storage and healthcare. Work closely with senior investment professionals and operating partners across Europe.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years’ experience within real estate investment banking or real estate private equity. Additional European language skills would be advantageous, particularly Spanish, Italian or French.
