Job SummarySenior Corporate Surveyor - MG1 (Agency - London Borough of Harrow)Description:To act as a lead technical professional within the Corporate Estates team, providing expert valuation and estate management services across the Council’s operational and community assets, with over 1,500 assets and 600 leased properties, a capital asset value of 250 million and an annual rent roll exceeding 4 million.To act as the Intelligent Client in commissioning, managing and reviewing the work of external valuation consultants to ensure technical accuracy and value for money.To support the Head of Estates (Corporate) in the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy, specifically regarding asset rationalisation and space optimisation projects.To manage the statutory valuation workload, including Right to Buy (RTB), and serve as the primary point of contact for complex property casework in full compliance with RICS Codes of Practice and statutory governance.
