Looking for a Senior Investment Analyst for a London based real estate investor to help with the underwriting and financial analysis of potential real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management strategies across London and the UK Regions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models to support acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio strategy.
- Sectors include residential, living, retail, development, regeneration and office sectors across the UK.
- Conduct market research and due diligence to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and performance reports.
- Support portfolio management and asset performance tracking.
- Collaborate with teams and partners to execute transactions and manage assets.
- Contribute to innovation by exploring AI and data-driven decision-making in real estate.
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in real estate investment, real estate private equity or real estate investment banking.
- Must have proven real estate investment and underwriting experience in London and across the UK Regions.
