In this Ultimate Performance role, you will own the candidate process and oversee shortlisting for high‑impact placements. You’ll manage notes on candidates (RFL, remit, comp, HB, notice) and coordinate with the evolving JD. The role operates under performance‑driven terms, including clear payment and guarantee provisions, and emphasizes timely, results‑oriented delivery.
