Job Summary We are working with an established client who are a London based property investor and developer, hiring for a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager on a full time permanent engagement. The role will support the Development Director with the delivery of a diverse portfolio of mixed-use and commercial projects ranging from smaller fit outs through to larger and more complex development initiatives. Projects will vary in size and scale and will suit a candidate who has broad asset class experience with a hands-on approach to delivery.You will manage projects from concept and design coordination through to delivery and handover, working closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers. This is a role for someone who is structured, delivery focused and comfortable taking ownership while knowing when to escalate.Key responsibilities will include:End to end project delivery across a portfolio of projects in London. Experience managing project programmes, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, cost tracking and commercial decision-making.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants and third-party suppliers through the full life cycle, from concept and design coordination through to delivery and handover.Desired SkillsProven experience of operating in a Project Manager capacity within a client-side, consultancy, property company or similar environment.Experience of delivering office, retail or mixed use fit out, refurbishment and development projects.Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.Excellent communication and relationship building skills, ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and commercial management principles.Educated to degree level in a Project Management or relevant subject.Hold a professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM.Available to work on a fixed term contract basis.
