MacDonald & Company are working with one of the largest real estate consultancies who are looking to appoint in to their Lease Advisory team. The department focuses on rent reviews and lease renewals as well as tactical asset management including re-gears, lease re-structuring and related consultancy assignments.
This position will involve providing advice to clients and supporting on instructions managed by senior partners, as you form part of a multi-skilled team. Further areas that you’ll cover are capital markets, lease disposal or tenant representation expertise.
Salary up to 55,000 + DOE.
