We're working with a long-established, highly respected property consultancy, with expertise across South West London and surrounding areas, to find a proactive, experienced Chartered Commercial Property Manager to lead the management of a diverse commercial portfolio.

This firm works with a broad client base spanning private landlords, local businesses, financial institutions, pension funds and developers, and prides itself on genuine long-term relationships, autonomy, and a collaborative, commercially-minded culture where ideas are encouraged and people are trusted to get on with the job.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, primarily retail, with some office and industrial assets
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximise asset value, rental income and occupancy
  • Preparing, overseeing and controlling service charge budgets
  • Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and service contract negotiations
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and managing agents
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on market conditions, asset performance and investment opportunities
  • Leading and supporting junior members of the property management team

What we're looking for:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Minimum 5 years' commercial property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law, leases and valuation principles
  • Solid financial and budget management experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills
  • Leadership or line management experience desirable
