Responsibilities
- Develop robust financial analyses and models for diverse projects
- Support strategic decisions in property, housing, regeneration, asset strategy, and investment
- Assist in preparing development appraisals for property and regeneration projects
- Advise clients on financial, economic, and commercial implications and provide strategic recommendations
- Develop business cases, options appraisals and investment funding strategies
- Provide specialised financial modelling to project teams
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to turn complex financial data into clear insights
Key requirements
- Analytical, commercially-minded candidate with finance background and consulting exposure in property/real estate, regeneration, infrastructure or renewables
- Degree educated (2:1) in Accounting & Finance or Economics
- Part or full ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or CFA qualification
- Proficient in building Excel-based financial models or updating existing models
- Experience supporting consulting projects for public or private sector clients across assets, regeneration, development, funding or infrastructure
- Background in financial analysis, audit, or advisory services
- Proven track record of financial/economic analysis in property/real estate development, infrastructure, energy, funding, debt or risk
- Calm, confident communicator with strong written/verbal skills, able to engage with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
