An established commercial property owner is seeking a Commercial Property Asset Manager to join its in-house Portfolio Management team, managing a diverse commercial investment portfolio of offices, industrial, retail and leisure assets. The role offers broad responsibility across professional property management, with ownership of renewals, rent reviews, lease events and tenant relationships, alongside close collaboration with facilities, accounting and building management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all professional property matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, breaks, assignments and sub-lettings
- Acting as principal point of contact for occupiers, delivering a high standard of customer service
- Carrying out regular property inspections in conjunction with Facilities Management
- Managing service charge budgets and reconciliations alongside property accountants and FM teams
- Supporting business rates matters in collaboration with specialist teams
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements
- Providing guidance and support to on-site Building Managers
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards)
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with experience across service charge and portfolio operations
- Customer-focused and comfortable working in a collaborative in-house environment
This role will require office attendance in their West London location.
