I'm currently working with a growing real estate investment and asset management business to appoint a Senior Property Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to take ownership of a high-profile portfolio of retail and mixed-use assets. Working closely with the wider asset management team, you'll be responsible for driving operational performance, managing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring the highest standards of property management across the portfolio.
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant commercial property management experience, ideally across retail and mixed-use assets
- A strong understanding of service charge budgeting, lease compliance and operational management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance asset performance
- MRICS qualification would be advantageous but is not essential
