Leading property consultancy have need for an additional Commercial Property Management to join the regional team for a 9-to-12 month period, (FTC). This role is Leeds based and would suit someone who is available to commence employment at short notice and someone who could hit the ground running!
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the management of commercial properties for institutional and international clients
- Monitor service charge budgets, arrears, and financial reporting
- Handle lease events, tenant communications, and client reporting
- Support business development and cross-sell opportunities
- Liaise with Facilities Managers, Helpdesk, and internal teams
About You
- Ideally MRICS qualified (albeit not essential) with experience in commercial property management (essential)
- Strong understanding of leases, L&T legislation, and office market trends
- Skilled in client-facing roles and team management
- Confident with property accounting and service charge processes
Salary and package will reflect experience, however someone in the region of Β£45-Β£55,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits, (pro rata for the length of contract).
