We are working with a privately owned property investment and development company based in West Yorkshire, seeking to appoint a Property Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of mixed-use commercial and residential assets.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and entrepreneurial business with a long-term approach to property investment and development. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the portfolio, working closely with senior management and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of commercial and residential properties
  • Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and occupiers
  • Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and contractor management
  • Coordinating rent collection, service charge matters, and tenant queries
  • Assisting with lease management, renewals, and general asset management matters
  • Carrying out regular property inspections
  • Supporting the wider team with acquisitions, refurbishments, and development projects where required
  • Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation and health & safety requirements
About You
  • Previous property management experience, ideally across commercial property
  • Good understanding of landlord and tenant matters
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple properties/projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
