I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of a compliant, high-quality FM service across a portfolio of predominantly Grade A offices, located around the wider Leeds area.
This is a broad role covering hard & soft services, M&E, suppliers, service charge budgets, H&S, compliance, building inspections and minor capital programmes. The role is to work for a well-known, well-regarded managing agent. Accordingly, previous experience of working in a managing agent environment is essential for this role.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in a similar multi-site FM role
- Strong knowledge of M&E, H&S and environmental compliance
- Experience managing service charge budgets, ideally £1m+
- Commercial property / landlord & tenant experience
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing teams and complex supplier relationships
- IWFM or RICS membership (or equivalent)
- NEBOSH General Certificate
