This isn’t simply a role focused on selling land.
This is an opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of a significant national land portfolio.
You’ll be looking at the bigger picture and understanding the potential of individual sites, identifying where value can be enhanced, shaping commercial strategies and working with colleagues and external partners to turn opportunities into successful outcomes.
The work is varied and commercially interesting. You’ll assess sites, influence development strategies, negotiate transactions and work with other internal and external property specialists to make sure every opportunity is positioned to achieve its potential.
You’ll also lead and develop a specialist team of disposals experts, providing direction, sharing your expertise and helping others build their capability. Alongside this, you’ll have the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to decisions that have a real impact on portfolio performance.
For this we’re looking for someone with strong experience across property, land transactions or estate management, combined with excellent commercial judgement. You’ll be comfortable navigating complex situations, spotting opportunities, negotiating effectively and making decisions that deliver value.
Just as importantly, you’ll be an experienced people leader who enjoys bringing others with you. You’ll know how to build relationships, influence stakeholders and create a team environment where people can perform at their best.
If you’re someone who looks at land and sees what it could become, this is a chance to put that mindset to work on a national scale.
Salary £60,000 - £75,000 + Car allowance + Bonus.
