At a busy time in their expansion, this company have need for an additional surveyor to join the team. This individual will be involved in providing strategic acquisitions & development advice, particularly relating to the negotiation of agreements and assessment of acquisitions / redevelopment projects around major infrastructure schemes.
Applicants will accordingly have a good understanding of this sector, with good exposure to the Compulsory Purchase Order process. Strong valuation skills are accordingly essential, as is experience of working for or closely with Local Authorities / Public Bodies.
The role would suit a Chartered Surveyor (F/MRICS) with some exposure to the infrastructure industry.
Registered Valuer status would also be preferred.
This post would favour someone based around either the Midlands or Northern England region, (where the majority of the projects are based. Hybrid working model is on offer
Remuneration will reflect experience / qualifications, albeit it is expected the successful candidate will be in the region of £40 – £60,000 Salary + benefits, (DOE).
