A Central London focused Property Company is seeking an Investment Manager to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to broaden their exposure across acquisitions, asset management, development oversight and investor reporting within a dynamic commercial real estate platform. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, shareholders and investors in delivering and implementing asset strategies across a high-quality Central London portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the underwriting, negotiation and acquisition of commercial real estate assets
- Assist in developing and executing asset-level business plans and investment strategies
- Undertake detailed financial analysis and investment appraisals
- Support leasing, asset management and development initiatives across the portfolio
- Coordinate with legal, tax and finance advisers throughout transaction processes
- Assist with investor and stakeholder reporting
