The successful candidate will play a central role in executing complex transactions, contributing directly to the continued scaling of a dynamic and forward-looking Build-to-Rent business.

A private equity–backed residential property investor specialising in the Build to Rent (BTR) sector is seeking an Investment Manager to join its London-based team. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth real estate platform with strong financial backing and a clear expansion strategy. The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from underwriting and due diligence through to completion and post-acquisition integration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Investment Director on acquisitions and portfolio transactions, managing all aspects of deal execution.
  • Build and audit financial models, perform detailed DCF and sensitivity analysis, and prepare investment committee materials.
  • Review SPAs, coordinate transaction milestones, and liaise with internal teams across finance, lettings, and operations.
  • Contribute analytical insight to help shape portfolio and investment strategy.

Candidate profile:

  • 4–8 years' UK real estate investment experience, ideally within the living or BTR sector.
  • Proven deal execution and financial modelling expertise.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with confidence working in a small, collaborative team.

Remuneration: Competitive base salary + annual bonus (c.50%) + benefits.
