Responsibilities
- Source, underwrite, and execute real estate investment opportunities across the UK and Europe.
- Prepare financial models, investment memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead due diligence processes, coordinating with advisors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor and assess market trends, pipeline opportunities, and portfolio performance.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in real estate investment banking or real estate private equity.
- Proven real estate deal execution experience.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate transactions (buy-side or sell-side).
- Experience in operational real estate is an advantage.
- Experience investing across the capital stack.
- Self-starter with high drive, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, great work ethic, with a less formalized structure.
- European language skills (German, French, Dutch) are a plus but not essential.
- Highly competitive base salary + bonus.
