An established and growing real estate private equity platform is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Associate to join its investments team, with a core focus on acquisitions across the UK and Europe, based in London.
Working as part of a lean, high-performing team, you will be involved in the full investment lifecycle—from deal origination and underwriting to execution, financing and asset management. The firm has a strong capital base, a proven track record, and a dynamic approach to identifying value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, underwrite, and execute real estate investment opportunities across the UK and Europe
- Prepare financial models, investment memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead due diligence processes, coordinating with advisors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor and assess market trends, pipeline opportunities, and portfolio performance
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in real estate investment banking or real estate private equity
- Proven real estate deal execution experience
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in real estate transactions (buy-side or sell-side)
- Those with experience in operational real estate will be at an advantage
- Experience investing across the capital stack
- Self-starter with a high level of drive, commercial acumen, and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset, great work ethic, less formalised structure
- European language skills are a plus but not essential – German, French, Dutch
