Opportunity to join a leading UK property investment platform as an Investment Analyst based in London with significant capital to deploy

  • Broad investment exposure across corporate, portfolio, direct asset, and joint venture transactions
  • Build, review and interpret complex financial models to assess returns, risks, and value drivers
  • Prepare concise investment summaries and Investment Committee material
  • Conduct market, sector and asset-level research to support investment decisions
  • Support transaction execution and liaise with advisors, counterparties, and legal team
  • Work closely with senior executives and develop strong internal networks
