Partnering with investors and developers, our client plays a pivotal role in shaping innovative housing projects and long-term investments across the UK. This is a full-time on-site role based in London for an Investment Agent. The role involves identifying real estate investment opportunities, conducting market research and financial analysis, fostering relationships with investors and developers, and managing transactions. Responsibilities also include preparing detailed investment proposals, maintaining industry expertise, and collaborating with partners to achieve transaction objectives. The Investment Agent will be instrumental in ensuring seamless execution of projects and delivering value to clients through strategic investment guidance.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of real estate investment, funding strategies and structures.
- Knowledge of UK investment and ideally (but not essential) the living markets (e.g., BTR, co-living, Affordable Housing).
- Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and preparing investment proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 years experience in real estate investment and/or development.
