This is the chance to move in-house with a busy and exciting property developer and investor. They are looking for a Project Manager to take end‑to‑end client‑side responsibility for a portfolio of capital projects, typically industrial refurbishment works ranging from £5k to £250k in value. You'll probably be looking after c90 projects a year across the portfolio, so being able to multi-task is a must.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the role works closely with Asset Management and Facilities Management colleagues and is accountable for leading the full project lifecycle through effective management of external consultants and contractors.

Based from their Midlands office, you’ll have a mix of office time, working from home and being on site as needed, being part of the wider property team with a great variety of work and career progression too.

Ideally you’ll have experience of working in-house already, managing both external consultants and contractors, developing and managing budgets and overseeing capital projects from start to finish. Some industrial experience would be good, but not necessary if you've done similar commercial works.
