Macdonald & Company are pleased to once again be partnering with Shurgard Self-Storage , this time to hire a Head of Construction/ Delivery .
Shurgard is the largest owner and operator of self-storage centres in Europe. The portfolio has over 1.7million sqm of rentable space and services more than 220, 000 customers.
To service demand in one of the most buoyant sectors in real estate, the UK business is seeking further expansion.
The UK Head of Construction/ Delivery will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of all UK projects. It’s a role the requires strategic oversight, operational leadership and management of projects through to occupation.
With capital available to deploy within a bullish sector, there couldn’t be a more exciting time to join Shurgard Self-Storage.
We’d like to hear from senior level Project Managers and Construction Managers with proven leadership experience, ideally gained within a client-side role. In particular, we are interested in people who have led multi-site delivery for warehouse, industrial, logistics, self-storage or retail projects.
