Head of Regional Development - North

A Property Development Company and I have partnered to find a Regional Head of Development to drive growth and expand its development pipeline across the North West, Yorkshire, and North East.

This strategic role offers a chance to work closely with public sector partners in creating spaces they can be proud of; utilising your track record of leading projects of similar scope. Reporting to the National Head of Development, you\’ll play a key role in securing new opportunities, collaborating with regional teams, and contributing to a national strategy focused on high-quality, sustainable developments.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about long term development partnerships that will change neighbourhoods for the better. Someone with a solution driven approach and the ability to bring multiple stakeholders with them in challenging circumstances.
