You’ll take a senior role across a diverse UK estate, influencing everything from acquisitions, disposals and lease strategy through to asset management, refurbishment, development and capital investment. More importantly, you’ll have genuine ownership. This isn’t simply a role managing property instructions; you’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape what the estate looks like for the future.
You’ll be a great fit if you’re:
- An experienced Senior Estates / Property Manager, Asset Manager or Surveyor
- Commercially minded with strong landlord & tenant and lease knowledge
- Comfortable managing significant capital projects and external advisers
- Looking for greater ownership, variety and influence
- RICS qualified or working towards an equivalent professional qualification
