An established development and property management company is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee multiple sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

This hands-on role involves being on the tools for smaller issues, as well as managing maintenance schedules, health and safety compliance, contractor liaison, and budget oversight. Ideal for a proactive professional with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Based in Preston four days a week, with site visits as required (c one a week)
